• • Nominate yourself or a friend for the 4-H Youth Board - see  officer roles to pick what board role is most of interest to you.

Life Skills Day/Fashion Revue - Saturday, April 26th, 12:30-4:30PM, San Mateo County Office of Education  

• • Enter all of your creations to win a ribbon and get feedback prior to fair - drawings, paintings, sculpture, pottery, photos, crafts, etc. Enter in special contests to earn a medal or pin. Free to enter, free to attend.

Sunday, June 1st 10:30am-11pm - Cake Booth at San Mateo County Fair

• • Sign up to man the booth. Shifts are two hours long. Those who volunteer for 2 shifts (4 hours) can receive a fair ticket and/or a parking pass. 

    • One adult with a food handler’s certificate is required for each shift - get your certificate here: https://www.servsafe.com/access/SS/Catalog/ProductDetail/SSECT6CA 

    • Copy of your certificate must be emailed to pacifica4h@gmail.com, tnypham@ucanr.edu and ekurr@att.net by April 1, 2025

  • Sign up to donate cakes to be sold at cake booth - We need 50 Double-layer Round Cakes! 

    • Cakes may be bought or donated from a commercial bakery or store, or baked (unfrosted) at a commercial kitchen - no homemade cakes allowed. Cakes must be brought in a cake box that can be stacked. Please contact Colleen at bean.ingram@gmail.com if you need boxes.

Parents - we are looking for help with club leadership for the 2025-2026 4-H year. Please let us know if you'd like to help by filling out this survey form by Friday, March 29th. Your help is vital to keeping the club running, holding fun events, and offering projects to our youth members.
