Hello 4-H'ers!

The 2026 San Mateo County Fair Creative Kids and Teen Exhibits Contest Books are coming FEBRUARY 2026! Check back here for the link.

You can also enter items in the Department of Innovation - San Mateo County Fair.

You can enter anything that you have made within the last year at 4-H, school, summer camp, home, etc. for only $1 per entry. 

Examples include: drawings, paintings, photos, lego creations, sculptures, sewn items - clothing or quilts, embroidery, knitting/crochet, leather working, woodworking, jewelry, paper crafts, preserves, baked goods, decorated food such as cakes or cookies, table settings, grown vegetable/fruit display, poetry, short stories, informational poster boards, share a fun fact, bookmark making, rock painting, and so much more!

It's pretty exciting to see your work displayed at the fair and you are awarded a ribbon. Some entries may even be awarded a small dollar prize!
